To qualify for a return:

  • The product must not show signs of damage, wear, or alteration.

Refund Process

After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will notify you of the refund result.

Approved refunds will be processed within:

5–7 business days

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.

Return Shipping Responsibility

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item received is defective.
  • The item was damaged during delivery.
  • The wrong product was shipped.

In these cases, WokThisWay will cover reasonable return shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Used or damaged products
  • Final sale items
